Mangrove started with a simple question from entrepreneurs in the Netherlands: “Can you help us find good people?” At the same time, I was working with Indonesian colleagues whose talent, communication skills and professionalism deeply impressed me. I saw the potential and the gap. There’s a persistent stereotype that people outside the Western world lack experience, initiative or quality training. But the opposite is true. Indonesia is developing fast, driven by people who are hungry to learn, proud to work and full of potential. They don’t need to be saved, they just need a fair shot.
Mangrove was built to bridge that gap. Not through charity, but through real work and shared success. We help (Dutch) businesses reduce pressure and grow, while creating opportunities for motivated starters and skilled professionals who deserve more than they’re often offered. I’m proud of the team we’ve built. They think critically, communicate openly and deliver high-quality work. And as the world changes with AI, remote work or global shifts, our mission stays the same: to create work that works for everyone involved.
